Our Policy

Payment information must be on file to book and secure your  appointment.

Payment methods accepted:  credit card, PayPal, CashApp, etc.

A travel fee applies for locations outside a [50-mile] radius from Dallas, TX. Additional charges may apply for long-distance travel, overnight stays, or specific location requirements.

Bookings made within three (3) days or less hours/days of the requested date will incur a rush fee of [20% extra of total project]. Last-minute availability is not guaranteed and is subject to the photographer’s schedule.

Cancellations made [72 hours] before the scheduled session are eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit). Cancellations made within [24hours] of the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled under certain conditions. No-shows will forfeit all payments.

Clients may request a time change with at least [72] hours notice, subject to availability.

If a time change is requested within [24] hours of the session, a rescheduling fee may apply.

If the photographer must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be provided or a refund issued if no suitable date is available.

A [30]-minute grace period is allowed. After that, extra time will be deducted from the session, or a late fee of [$75] may apply. Arrivals later than [60] minutes may result in cancellation without a refund.

Edited photos/reels will be delivered within [5-10 Business days] via drive. *Next day delivery for wedding packages only.

Clients receive [up to 30 or based on purchased plan] edited images (additional edits available for a fee).

The photographer is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or missed shots due to weather, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

If an emergency prevents the photographer from fulfilling the session, a full refund or rescheduled date will be provided.

By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
